YOUR LIFE IS HID: LESSON ONE YOUR LIFE IS HID: LESSON ONE

Col.3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Risen with Christ is the actual awareness of his presence within your life. At one time we were asleep but we have been awakened to his existence and have literally leapt out from the grave into the dimension of his life and kingdom. This is an experience from death unto life unprecedented and cannot be duplicated, cloned or manifested by anyone in this life without the expressed purpose and image of Christ engrafted into our bosom by the Holy Ghost. This event is so vast and great that it is impossible to express with words and can only be experienced by and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit into our lives. When we were awakened our entire life was so manifested that is could not be fully apprehended by our mind or consciousness. This life we now have cannot be expressed through our mortal bodies and especially our consciousness or mind. We can only have glimpses of this life through the mind of Christ.

We were raised from mortal death and our life came forth, death fell to the ground but the life, our life, which is so full, vast and enormous that nothing in this world could contain it. Even our mortal bodies cannot contain nor hold nor express the fullness of our life. That is why it had to be hidden in Christ. What we are could only be contained or find residence in the Christ. The earth and the entire universe cannot contain our life. Our mortal bodies do not express who we really are in Christ. This is why our physical or mental capacities fall short of the glory of God for they do not contain what we really are in Christ. For our life is kept secret in Christ. When we draw conclusions from our senses concerning our worth or expression in this life we will find it is not the truth for we are not what can be seen. Our Life is in a secret place hidden from our own consciousness and the consciousness of the universe. In fact the world does not know us for we are not of this world. The vastness of our inner life secretly hidden in the bosom of Christ is only known by the Holy Spirit. It takes the Holy One of God to show us our life secretly hidden from the corruption of this world.

Our true expression is only brought forth when Christ is revealed. When he appears we appear for we are like him in his present life. We have no expression other than what is revealed by the Holy Spirit. John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. There is no other way your life can be expressed. You are greater than your physical body which is mortal and cannot hold the precious life of Christ, which is your life. Your own mind cannot fathom nor contain his thoughts; you must have the mind of Christ. Have you not heard? Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things, which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

1 Cor.2:9-10 Now you see that the deep things of God is your life that secretly dwells in the Most High God. Only by and through him is our life revealed. No man can show you who you really are and what you see is not your true self. Realize that your life is hid and much of what you are is still secrete to this natural world and to your own senses. Do not let vain philosophies of man spoil your very existence in Christ. Do away with vain deceits that the traditions of man has establish from the visual conclusions of the senses established in the minds of mortals. Those who tell you this life is all there is are full of deceit for they do not say the things of God. Your life is yet to be revealed in his fullness and his glory is yet to be revealed in us. Our hearts are purified for hearing this word.

Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
