LESSON ONE: THE MIND OF CHRIST: LESSON ONE: THE MIND OF CHRIST:

1John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Note; That torment means penal infliction or being placed in prison for a life sentence and fear is phobos (fob'-os); from a primary phebomai (to be put in fear); alarm or fright. KJV - be afraid, exceedingly, fear, terror. It is where we get the word phobia. The soul mind is always in fear of reprisal or not doing or behaving in a proper manner. The Spirit mind is free from such corruption for it does not generate this type of negative energy. Perfect means complete or whole or unified in oneness with out conscience effort. Hence, one who is at peace in the promises that faith gives is a factory of unified thought from the spirit mind. This means we believe in all the promises for we are one with our Father. This is how we are as he is so are we in this world, two different dimensions of existence. The world is dominated but human thinking the activity of the soul but we have the mind of Christ which rules and reigns in life. For by human thought death reigns but in the mind of Christ life (own) will reign.

Boldness means to have complete confidence in our speech. Knowing we can speak his word with patience and receive all promises. We speak not in our language but the language we learn from an eternal purpose and action generated by the Holy Spirit, in the LOINS OF OUR MIND, the place we give birth to the word of God. Here in is love made perfect not that we love him but that he first loved us. Thus we bear in our body the suffering of the Lord that we may manifest as the sons of God in this world.

Our body has thousands of chemical, physical and electric reactions every second. All these processes are completed with out one thought from our conscious mind. These reactions are complete by billions of cells all in harmony and unison. They function automatically and communicate with each other on a level unthinkable to our conscious mind. This is like the place of the mind of Christ. We may enter into a dimension of thinking, action and life that supersedes all other places. Jesus answered and said unto them, "This is the work of God that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."
