THE MOSES COMPANY:
Exodus 24:4-6 And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose up early in the morning, and built an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel. And he sent young men of the children of Israel, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto the LORD. And Moses took half of the blood, and put it in basins; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.

Exodus 24:8-11 And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words. Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel: And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

We must reach out for the blessings of Moses. The name Moses means drawing out of the waters. "And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire..." a sea of glass is symbolic of a company of people coming out of the waters of tribulation. This company has gained the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name; standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. Revelation 15:2

Everything that Moses was in the Old Testament now becomes inherent in the corporate man. Christ expresses himself as he that was, is and is to come. This is how we must see the body of Christ for it is made up of all those who were, are and are to come. Christ is a many-membered body made up of all the saints from the beginning, those now present and those yet to come. Hebrews refers to the Cloud of Witnesses. Heb.11:39-40 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect. Heb.12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses… This concept may be difficult to grasp but one we must learn to incorporate in order to understand the wonderful things God has in store for us. For example, we have already talked about Samuel (see The City Church) but have you seen yourself as an embodiment of his spirit? All the mighty things Samuel performed we shall see the corporate body of Christ perform in the earth. Such is the same with Moses. He delivered Israel out of Egypt and so we will deliver all of humanity out of futility. The way he stripped Egypt is the way all forces contrary to the will of God shall bow. We are living in the day Moses portrays for us during his life. We are building an altar and instead of 12 pillars, we are building 12 gates of the glorious city. We are offering the peace offering for we have the ministry of reconciliation. We know how to apply the blood in our own lives and in the lives of others. The church is the Moses Company coming forth in the earth. Hear the Spirit speak of us in Rev.15:3-4 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest through the corporate body of Christ.

Ex. 24:8 And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the LORD hath made with you concerning all these words. The corporate Moses Company is sprinkling the blood of a new and better covenant, which Christ has made for us. We are hearing all his words, applying and living in him this new and living way, partakers of his divine nature so that as he was in the world so are we in this present world. Heb.12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. The Holy Spirit is writing this new covenant upon our hearts and minds. We are the ark which houses the living word of God known and read by all humanity, the word of God made flesh in the earth. We behold his glory, we are the brightness of his glory and we are the express image of this glory. Heb.8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: 2Cor.3:2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

Let us look to see what makes up this Moses Company...the ministry of Moses, Aaron, Nadab and Abihu who represent the priesthood, and also the 70 elders. This group has come to a place where they can commune with the Most High God. This company not only hears what God is saying but they see God and live for they have gone up to a high place to meet him, a place away from the camp. The number 7 is symbolic of perfection or maturity, which these elders have obtained ten times. The elders share in the burdens of the ministry. In Revelation the 24 elders represent the wisdom of God. Throughout the scriptures, elders are the counselors and the ones who have understanding and stability. They are the leaders of the people, the shepherds of the flock of God in every city appointed and chosen to lead and comfort the body of Christ.

The priests are the ones who minister unto God. They present the living sacrifices, which are holy and acceptable unto God. They do the reasonable service before God and have had their minds renewed. The name Aaron is of uncertain derivation. He is the high priest representative of Christ who is our high priest who has no beginning or end. Nadab and Abihu represent the priesthood worshipers of the most high God who offer up praise continually and spontaneously before God. This is the ministry, which waits and praises God because they love God and have the faith, which works by love. We are this priesthood in the earth.

Ex 24:10-11 And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink. This ministry is eating and drinking with the Most High God. These scriptures provide us with a picture, a capsule or a hologram of the relationship we now experience with our God. A hologram is a special kind of projection of a small piece of an image. A small piece of a picture is projected onto a screen by a special light but the resulting image is not just of the small piece but of the whole image. When men see us, they don’t just see a small bit of Christ, they see the whole Christ. All the scriptures are ensamples or holograms of the most High God. As Moses and the elders saw the majestic God of Israel, we are seeing and hearing Him for ourselves for he is establishing us in his present truth. Eating and drinking with him shows us how natural our relationship is with God for we are partakers of his divine nature.

Ex 24:10… under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone. The sapphire stone represents the firmament (sometimes called the gem of the sky) in which symbolically all the universes exist and consist. The earth itself is blue and is the Lord’s footstool. It is an immaculate stone of all the colors and shades of blue. Blue in the scriptures generally refers to the royalty or the divine nature of God. There are many colors, expressions or facets of the nature of God. This stone is transparent and clear as the body of heaven. We are his body sitting in heavenly places.

Eph. 1:22-23 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.

Eph.1:9-10 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

Col. 1:16-17 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Eph.3:9-11 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
