CHAPTER 4: JOHN
Matt. 3:4 And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey. This John was the voice crying in the wilderness. He is the one who announced that the Lamb of God was coming. He was a forerunner to Christ. Jesus spoke of him as the one who fulfilled the scriptures concerning Elijah. Can we see that we have this same spirit upon us?

We are announcing the coming of the Lord in the third day. Christ in not coming out of the sky as those who have no understanding proclaim. We are declaring to the world the sons of God will be manifest in the earth and will set all of creation free from futility. The spirit of futility is present in those who have no vision. Those who wish to die to see the Lord or wait for him to return in the sky before they can manifest Christ. The word man is in manifest. The man we will see in the sons of God is the man called Jesus.

The word “manifest” in the Greek, NT: 602 apokalupsis (ap-ok-al'-oop-sis); means disclosure, an uncovering: This word is translated appearing, coming, lighten, manifestation, be revealed, revelation. There is an uncovering taking place in the body of Christ. It is Christ in us, the hope of an outward appearing in us that shall change the whole world--an inward appearing that will change the outer world.

When the children of Israel were in the wilderness they gathered manna. The head of every household every morning would collect the amount needed for his family. The manna was mixed into a milk drink for the children, boiled for the weak and baked for the strong. This is what the sons of God are doing in this day. We are gathering the manna for the people to feed the whole earth. We are learning how to take the word of God and prepare it for the entire world. We are announcing the coming of the Lord through the manifestation of the sons of God. The name John in the Old Testament means Jehovah-favored. This implies the greater seeing the lesser.

Jehovah favors and bestows his love toward one who does not deserve nor has earned the honor of such affections. A greater being showing adoration and love for the lesser not out of pity but for love's sake. This is an example of the love of God toward us. John represents our experience, for we have received from our father the same affection and grace. This is unmerited favor! John is a prototype for us. We must not look at John from afar. We see him as we are now on the journey we are taking to know and feel his nature in us. Peter tells us we are partakers of the divine nature. Divine is the Greek word heious and means godlike. Nature comes from the Greek word phusis and means growth by germination or expansion. The word, partakers, comes from the word koinonos and means a sharer. We are partakers of the nature of our Father so we can become godlike through the germination of his seed in us growing more and more unto the perfect day. We are becoming like John in our nature.

My conception was without my knowledge. I had nothing to do with my birth. Even my personality was not produced by me but by all the genetic structure over which I had no control. Those before me passed on my genetic structure. They had the life within them to do so. God has passed his genetic substance to me and I am becoming like my Father. As we continue our walk, we are yielding thirty, sixty and Boon a hundred fold of the life of God in the earth. The husbandman has planted his seed Christ in us and he is waiting for the precious fruit to bring forth his yield. The third day brings forth the hundred-fold yield in his body.

1John 1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. John brings us into a further understanding of the word koinonos a sharer. Here it is translated fellowship and means sharing through or by a union and denotes that the sharing or partaking is amid, in the middle, in the center within the Father and his Son. Here is how we are changed. We are in the Father and have a special relationship that creates a spiritual bonding that allows the substance of God to live in us. This fellowship, not a one-time encounter, causes a rebirth in our nature for we share the very divine genetic structure passed on to us by the power of the Holy Spirit. This is a process that we daily experience, not a first time experience but a continued knowing process called fellowship.

When the children of Israel were erecting the boards of the tabernacle, each board was overlaid with gold, had two feet-like structures called "Yads" or "hands" which were set in silver sockets, and allowed it to stand upright. All forty-eight wood boards perfectly joined with the other boards and a silver cap rested on top of each board. The boards fitly joined together so that you could not see through them on either side of the tabernacle. There were gold rings on the top and bottom in which five gold bars overlaid with gold were set through. Nothing like this had ever been made in the earth. The building plans had come from heaven and the tabernacle took divine intervention, direction and skill for its construction, no detail of God's pattern missed. Rather than go into all the symbolism of the silver, gold, "yads" and wood let us suffice to say that here is a picture of our fellowship with our Father and with his body, the Christ in the earth.

Just as the tabernacle for miles around was visible, so shall all men see if we have love for one another. The floor of the tabernacle was the earth. The work of God is in the earth. Just as the boards making the structure and outline of the tabernacle were lifted up, Christ was lifted up to draw all men unto himself. We are realizing that we are the Christ in the earth. We are the tabernacle and if we lift one another up, we will draw all men unto Christ. As we build according to the pattern shown on the mountain, we lift up Christ. Like Peter, James and John we must go to a high place and receive the true revelation of fellowship. The pattern is in the mountain where we fellowship with the Father and with his son, Jesus Christ. Can we see why John said, that ye also may have fellowship with us? Konkani is the sharing of the revelation of Jesus Christ in a corporate body of believers in the earth, a tabernacle built to every specification commanded a temple made of lively stones built up to show forth the glory of the Father in heaven as in the earth. The only way to demonstrate to the world the love of God is to build together. When the temple is completed, the Lord will return and fill the temple.

The important thing to remember is that the tabernacle came from heaven but is made of earthly material and is reared-up in the earth. The tabernacle construction provided a place for God to rest. We are built together to be a habitation for the Christ to rest upon the earth and show forth his glory unto all men through his many membered body, We are building together to manifest ourselves. We are joined together to show forth the sons of God, the revealing Christ, so all men can see. No one man is going to do this alone. Only the man called Jesus who is now a many membered body can express the glory of the Father. Jesus was the express image the Father. We are the express image of our Father in a corporate or collective structure. Let us embrace the understanding that God is not raising up a man but he is raising up his body in the form of the sons of God.

Noah built an ark. Moses erected a tabernacle. David pitched a tent. Solomon built a temple. Nehemiah built a wall. Israel became a nation. All these works were manifest in the earth. It started in heaven and manifested in the earth. The true expression of the son of God must be in the earth. While others are looking to the sky for the coming of the Christ, we see the work of God performed in us on the earth. The Greeks came to see Christ. "We would see Christ.” This is a cry going out from all humanity. Can you hear it? The creature waits earnestly for the redemption brought by the manifestation of the sons of God in the earth. Just as Christ went to the mountain to discover what he must do, we come to the mountain and receive the revelation of Christ, the hope of glory, not only in us but also in the whole earth.

1John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world We are about to embark on a truth that may change your way of thinking and present you with the Good News that many people in the world do not yet know. Though Christ died to save the world, many Christians either deny this fact or just simply refuse to believe the completed work of our Lord in the earth. Rather than separate this passage into two sentences we should read it as one.

Jesus Christ the righteous is the propitiation for our sons: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. The meaning is clear and there is no doubt what John is telling us. The world is the "Aosmos" and refers to the inhabitants or the people, and covers a wide and narrow sense implying that this reference includes all people present, past and future. This is a bold statement but one that is not limited to the narrow mind of fundamentalism which rules out most of the human race and only includes a small sector of believers. Hitler had the same idea when he planned his master race.

This important truth is emphasis by the word "holos" translated "all" a word that implies every man and woman. It leaves no one out and gives no respect to time or degrees. Therefore, the atonement, "hilasmos" is not limited to time or space. The doctrines of man cannot regulate or dictate how the atonement will work. It remains our atonement forever and is always available to all the kosmos. Christ is the atonement for us but not only us but also for the sins of the whole world. The word sin is hamartano meaning to miss the mark but more importantly it means not to share in the prize. (If we sin or error we will not share in the prize.) Well, that could be all of us. Nevertheless, the Lord is our atonement so that we all may share in the prize. No one will be "left behind" from receiving the prize. There is an eternal propitiation available to all. The atonement has no limits since Christ was the sacrifice slain before the foundations of the earth.

In the book of Acts when the Holy Spirit fell on the house of Cornelius the Jews were utterly surprised that salvation was available to the Gentiles. The narrow mind of thinking supposed that they were the only ones to receive salvation. Nevertheless, they rejoiced when they realized that the door of salvation was open to all. In this third day, we are beginning to realize that the door of salvation will never close and that the heart of God has made an eternal propitiation for the world. And to make all matters better the Lord is raising up his body in the earth to set all creation free so they may partake of the Prize. The trumpet has made a clear sound and the sons of God are rising up in the land preparing for the Day of Atonement. A day, which is issuing in a new understanding of the sacrifice of Jesus, a day which is bringing a salvation yet to be revealed and a day where we see all of creation set free.

The hurricane Katrina rushed in on the inhabitants with a catastrophic force of wind and rain. Homes were destroyed and people were killed. For many, life as they had once known ended. For some it will mean a continued time of poverty but for many it may mean a new start in life and perhaps even a better one. The wind and rain was no match for man. The wind and the rain in scripture often represent aspects of God. If we learn anything from the tragic storm, it is that we cannot hide from natural disasters. We will always be vulnerable to the natural order of things no matter how we may try to protect ourselves. Nevertheless, let us face this known fact that the knowledge of God will cover the face of the earth as the waters cover the sea. What has been written in the scriptures will take place. Nothing can stop the wind and the rain of God. The prophets have spoken of this great day yet to come. The day of the Lord is upon us and the Day of Atonement for all is sure. Though death may come to the living, we know now a new and better creation is coming forth in the earth because the Peters, James and Johns are emerging in the earth to set all creation free.

In the book of Revelation John runs in the spirit on the Lord's Day. This is a day not bound by time but a day obtained by being in the spirit. It is the Father's Sabbath. The day God finished his work he enter into his rest. The Lord's Day is not a day far off in the future. It is a day when we entered into His rest. "There remainth some to enter into the rest." Israel never approached this day for they were never at rest. When Jesus ascended to the right hand of the Father, he sat down and entered his rest. Yes, the great and notable day is when we enter into his rest. The Father and the Son are waiting for us to enter into rest. Ceasing from our own works and believing all the words of God and being established in the present truth is where we start. We have been living in the sixth day but the seventh day is upon us. In the sixth day, man was created out of the dust of the earth. Man has been ruling and dictating the solutions of victory but the sixth day is ending and the seventh day is upon us.

It was the seventh day that God rested from his labor. The day of the Lord is the seventh day. Remember it was the seventh day that Peter, James & John climbed the mountain. Christ rose from the dead on the third day, so we are looking for this same work to take place in us. The third day and seventh day are the same. The feast of tabernacles is upon us for we are entering the seventh day from Adam and the third day from Christ or the Lord's Day. The Lord's Day, the third day, the seventh day and the feast of Tabernacles are all the same day. The Lord's Day is not a specific time. It is not a future event like some anniversary or birthday. It is a state of mind and being that is open to us by the Holy Spirit. It is a realm unattainable through time or works. Peter said, "We are begotten by the incorruptible seed of God" and Paul wrote... if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature or a new species. Can you see we are a new species? Does the vision of the sons of God manifesting in the earth come before you? The sons of God are about to break forth into the seventh day even as we are raised up on the third day so that we may be caught up to meet the Lord on the Lord's day.

The Lord's Day is the high Sabbath. There are three high Sabbaths. I. Nissan Hag ha Mozah the first day on the 7 day feast of Passover. 2. Shavuot 50 days following Passover or what we call Pentecost 3. Tishrei the Sabbath day that starts the Feast of Tabernacles. A Sabbath started each feast. Each Sabbath came with specific instructions. Three times a year every male was to present himself before the Lord and there was to be no servile work. The significance of this is that every feast begins with rest. Ceasing from our own works is how we enter into the new realm of God. We who have been lame are learning to walk in his rest. We enter the land in a new and living way when our heart and mind grasp this understanding. Jesus commanded the lame man to take up his bed and walk on the Sabbath. We are walking with the Christ on this Sabbath, the Lords day. Like the Christ we are telling others to take up their bed so we may present ourselves before the Lord. Isa. 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace (or rest) there shall be no end for we have heard his command to take up our bed and walk. The world has been telling us "Since we made our bed we have to lie in it" No more!

2Sam 9:11 Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king's sons. 12. And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth 13. So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: for he did eat continually at the king's table; and was lame on both his feet. David sought to find a man that he could bless in the house of Saul.

There was such a man and his name was Mephibosheth. He was a lame man and the Bible points out that he was lame in both feet. David, the king, restored to him all his land and brought him to the king's table to eat. This is what is happening in this day. Our King's Table is where we are eating; sitting (resting) and we are receiving all things that the Son promised and obtained for us and we are seeing the land restored. The spirit of God has ordained and promised that there will be many sons walking the earth even as Christ walked on the earth. If the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, He shall quicken your mortal bodies. Let me make it more real. Since the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, he has quickened your mortal bodies.

In the Holy Place twelve loaves of 'shewbread' were placed on the table. This bread was known as the bread of his presence, bread of his face and the bread of his continual presence (continual bread). This bread rested on the table that had a crown around it. The bread rested on this table for six days and on the seventh day or the Lord's Day, Aaron and his sons or the priesthood ate it. In the book of Revelation the spirit talked of the hidden manna given to him that overcomes and to whom could hear what the spirit was saying to the churches. Rev. 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna We are now in the seventh day from Adam. The six days have ended. We are the kings and priests crowned by God and we can eat the shewbread. As we eat the bread we are seeing his face, experiencing his presence in a new way and are rejoicing in his continued, never ending presence because we are overcoming and we hear his voice.

The number twelve speaks of his government Isaiah spoke of the increase of his government there shall be no end and the government shall be upon his shoulders Isa.9:6 unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulders. Isa. 9:7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end. Shoulders represent his body, which we are, for we are all partakers of the one bread, which is Jesus. 1Cor. 10:17 For we being many are one bread and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread. Jesus is the showbread, Rev 1:8...which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. John wrote 1John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. We are the sons of God and we are manifesting on the earth on the seventh day.

Isa. 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. Isa. 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek.1John 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ: not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the spirit that beareth witness, because the spirit is truth. lJohn 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth; the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

Jesus came by water and blood. He came not only to cleanse us from our sins but he also sacrificed his body and poured out his blood in order to be a perfect sacrifice for the remission of sin. In this one act of redemption, he became our brazen altar. Now the sacrifice of bulls and goats on the brazen altar could not take away sin. Therefore, the blood of Christ washes us from all sin. For ii was not in the body of animals nor in their blood sprinkled or poured out on the altar that made us righteous in the eyes of God.

Their bodies did not contain the blood that could wash away sin but God prepared a body for himself that was holy and a sacrifice that was perfect. God took no pleasure in burnt offerings of animals on the brazen altar. These were only types pointing to the perfect Lamb of God, the body that God prepared for himself for the redemption of all men. 'he sacrifice of the Lamb of God took away the need for an offering by fire every year.

Now, we only need to remember what he did for us. His redemptive work was so complete that he not only saved us from our sins but he also cleansed us at the same time. He our living brazen altar and a living laver. He was the sacrifice made for our sins and his blood washed away the consequences and stain of sin that separated us from knowing our Father. Moreover, it is the Spirit from within that bears witness of this blood sacrifice. Therefore, the redemptive work completed on the outside is now a reality on the inside. We appropriate this work of redemption in our bodies or in our earth. Our earth becomes the tabernacle of God. We appropriate the blood, the sacrifice of God and we appropriate the cleansing or the water. The brazen altar and the laver are now resident within us. In order for us to appropriate this work of God, he gives us the Spirit of Truth to bear witness. These three witnesses agree because they are one. They are one in us and we are one in them. Thus, we can now see how we are the tabernacle of God and all the furniture of the tabernacle that were shadows of things to come are now alive.

Moreover, the Spirit or the Shekinah glory now shines in our spirit. We are the tabernacle of God and all the furnishing are made alive by God so that we may bear witness, God to all men. We can now answers Peter’s question, "shall we build a tabernacle for Elijah, Moses and Jesus?" Rev. 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heavens saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Rise up ye warriors of the Lamb. And take back the control of his land. Now is the time to take up our bed. For you have been raised from the dead. Your feet are no longer slow and lame. You must walk in the works ordained by love. And publish the gospel in his name. And make the tabernacle alive again. So speak the language of the dove. For you are spirit and not flesh. You are the “some” entered into rest. All our lives are hidden in Christ. And we are free to glorify His son.
